About Simone

Simone spent ten years reflecting on her life to write her memoir, Remember Providence. Her fascination with how people are shaped by both suffering and grace has now led her to craft fiction that explores the intricacies of humanity and the quiet, powerful work of the Spirit.
She has come to believe that our greatest challenges are often clues to where God is quietly inviting us to change. That conviction sits beneath almost everything she writes, shaping stories that explore struggle, hope, redemption, and transformation.
Although trained as a counsellor, Simone has found her deepest joy in writing. Now, with the space to fully embrace her creative calling, she's continually learning the craft of storytelling, navigating the world of publishing, and writing stories that explore the places where ordinary lives meet the extraordinary grace of God.
She has been married to her husband, Steve, for 25 years. They have an adult son, Elijah, a cheeky Rottweiler named Bodie, and two cats: Keeper and Wee Girl.
